How can I find a salon who will train me? - will my ohio cosmetology license transfer

I finished school and have my own cosmetics cosmetics license in Ohio. I have my license since April I have some experience working in the classrooms, but I think I need more training. I do not think I learned enough in school. I must be a salon that can help me grow in my area, but unfortunately not many shows are willing to train someone. I am looking for an apprentice job type, and I find a very difficult time, too. What should I do?
