Yanagi Sashimi Knife you are concerned would be better for fish production. It is on one side (beveled have the right to a left hand and allow it to mind), it is clearer and less likely to fish for human consumption, it will stop. As for daily use, go ahead, but cautiously, as with any good quality knife. Another thing I would add, make sure that the mango world more comfortable for you. Try to save it in a kitchen that is not in a hurry is a buy.
I do not know if it's worth the effort, if only they are cut tuna tartare.
See if you can borrow a first anywhere.
I have both and use the preparation of Yanagi Sushi and the best for a thin slice of Nice.
